In a shocking development, Sonam Raghvanshi has confessed to her involvement in the murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi. This confession, made during police interrogation, is expected to significantly impact the ongoing investigation. Raja's body was discovered in Meghalaya after the couple went missing during their honeymoon. Sonam Raghvanshi's Confession

In a significant turn of events in the murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi, police sources have revealed that Sonam Raghvanshi has confessed to her involvement in the crime.


Admission of Guilt


According to police reports, Sonam acknowledged her participation in Raja's murder. This confession is expected to aid the ongoing investigation. However, it is important to note that for a confession to be legally valid, it must be recorded in front of a magistrate.


The Meghalaya police indicated that Sonam made her confession while being confronted with her alleged partner, Raj Kushwaha.


Brother's Assurance


Earlier, Govind, Sonam's brother, expressed his certainty regarding her involvement in the murder after meeting Raja Raghuvanshi's family. He stated, "Based on the evidence collected so far, I am completely convinced that she is responsible for this crime. All individuals implicated in this case are connected to Raj Kushwaha. We have severed ties with Sonam Raghuvanshi and I extend my apologies to Raja's family."


Honeymoon Tragedy


Sonam Raghuvanshi, the victim's spouse, along with four others, including Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Raj Singh Kushwaha, and Anand, are accused of murdering Raja Raghuvanshi, who had recently married and was on his honeymoon in Meghalaya.


Raja's remains were discovered on June 2 in a gorge at Sohra, near Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. Sonam was later located near a roadside eatery on the Varanasi-Ghazipur highway.


Both Raja and Sonam, residents of Indore in Madhya Pradesh, had gone missing during their honeymoon in Meghalaya, with Raja's body eventually being recovered from the area.
