Sehwag's Unique Take on IPL Final: RCB Support with a Twist

Sehwag's Prediction for IPL Final
As the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) prepare to clash in the Indian Premier League final, cricket analysts are busy speculating on the potential champion. Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has expressed his belief that Punjab Kings will emerge victorious, albeit in a rather unconventional manner. While he has publicly declared his support for RCB, his previous 'unlucky formula' subtly suggests a win for Punjab.

I supported Punjab in Q1, they lost. Then I supported Gujarat in the eliminator, they lost. Then I supported Mumbai in Q2, they lost. So now I'm supporting RCB (laughs). pic.twitter.com/Y5L9Oar8be
In an interview with Cricbuzz, Sehwag remarked, "I believe RCB will take the title. I’ve reverted to my old pattern where the team I support tends to lose, whether it was Gujarat against Mumbai or Punjab versus RCB."
He further elaborated, "I’m applying the same 'old formula' for this final. In Qualifier 2, I backed Mumbai against Punjab, but they lost. Now, I’m predicting RCB will win—let’s see how it unfolds."
In essence, despite Sehwag's overt support for RCB, his 'formula' indicates that Punjab Kings might just be the ones to celebrate.
