This will help genuine users get confirmed tickets during need.
This initiative comes in response to a viral post by Dr. A. Velumani, founder of Thyrocare, who shared an image on X claiming that the IRCTC website becomes unresponsive at 10 a.m. even when seats are available. He expressed his shock, stating, “If this is true, it is a betrayal.”
Shocking.

He further elaborated on X, mentioning that Thyrocare faced similar server load issues but managed to resolve them by staggering bookings. He suggested that if the IRCTC is experiencing server problems, they should allow only a fraction of train bookings each hour to optimize server performance.

He urged others to retweet his message until the relevant authorities address the issue.
We too had similar chronic peak server load problem in #Thyrocare. We could not afford costly spare servers. But we solved it by staggering it. My managers were wise. 😂
