Noida International Airport Partners with Uber for Enhanced Transportation Services

Final Stages of Noida International Airport Construction
The construction of Noida International Airport is nearing completion. In a significant move to enhance passenger services, the airport management has entered into a partnership with Uber, announced on Thursday. This collaboration aims to offer round-the-clock transportation options for travelers using Uber's app-based taxi service.
Passengers will have the convenience of booking taxis via the app, making online payments, and utilizing an SOS button within the vehicle for emergencies, thereby prioritizing their safety.
This agreement is designed to streamline travel between Noida International Airport and key locations such as Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and IGI Airport. Additionally, a prior agreement was established in December with Mahindra Logistics to facilitate e-taxi services.
Uber's service is expected to significantly improve transportation for passengers traveling to and from the Delhi NCR area. Christoph Schnellmann, the CEO of Noida International Airport, expressed that their goal is to ensure a seamless and comfortable journey for passengers from their homes to the airport and back. The introduction of reliable app-based taxi services like Uber will provide safe and convenient last-mile connectivity. Furthermore, the airport management has also forged partnerships with various states to enhance connectivity, allowing passengers direct access to bus services to those regions.
