Pooran's Impressive Career Stats
Throughout his international career, Pooran played 167 matches for the West Indies across all formats, including a remarkable 106 T20 Internationals, which is the highest for any West Indian player. He concludes his international journey as the leading run-scorer for the West Indies in T20Is, amassing a total of 2,275 runs.
Pooran opted out of the current T20I series against England to recuperate after an intense IPL 2025 season with the Lucknow Super Giants. His performance in 2024 was outstanding, as he set a world record by hitting 170 sixes in a single calendar year. He continued this form into IPL 2025, scoring 524 runs at an impressive strike rate of 196.25, including five half-centuries.

The last time Pooran donned the West Indies jersey was during a T20I match against Bangladesh in December 2024. His final ODI appearance was in July 2023, and he has yet to play Test cricket for the Caribbean team.
