Meghalaya Honeymoon Murder Case Update: Significant developments have emerged in the Meghalaya Honeymoon murder investigation, as the local police have transported Sonam Raghuvanshi along with other suspects to the Phulwari Sharif police station in Patna. The accused individuals are currently under strict security at the station. Sources indicate that they will be flown to Guwahati later today via a special aircraft, where further legal proceedings will commence regarding the charges against them. Notably, the Shillong Police has secured a seven-day transit remand for three suspects involved in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi.
Reports suggest that a four-member team from Meghalaya Police traveled to Patna from Ghazipur, passing through Buxar with Sonam. The next destination is Guwahati, from where Sonam will be taken to Shillong.
The police are arranging for Sonam to board an IndiGo flight to Guwahati. Upon arrival, she will be presented in a local court in Shillong, where serious murder-related charges will be addressed.
According to officials at the Phulwari Sharif police station, a driver confirmed that he transported Sonam Raghuvanshi to the location.
