Ajay Devgn's Upcoming Film: Son of Sardaar 2
Great news for fans of Ajay Devgn! The actor has just revealed two new posters for his much-anticipated film, Son of Sardaar 2. This marks the first collaboration between him and actress Mrunal Thakur. The movie is set to hit theaters on July 25, where it will go head-to-head with Param Sundari, featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra.
Ajay shared the posters on his Instagram account, captioning them, "He survived Punjab…Will he survive Scotland? #SonOfSardaar2 in cinemas this 25th July. #SardaarIsBack #SOS2."

In a previous post, Ajay showcased another poster featuring him in a turban, captioning it, "The Return of the Sardaar #SOS2 in cinemas near you on 25th July. #SardaarIsBack #SonOfSardaar2." He also tagged co-star @mrunalthakur, along with @officialjiostudios, @devgnfilms, and @tseries.official.
This sequel is backed by Jio Studio, Devgn Films, and T-Series, promising a mix of action, drama, and comedy. The original film, Son of Sardaar, released in 2012, starred Ajay Devgn alongside Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha. In the sequel, Sanjay Dutt will reprise his role as Don, while Sanjay Mishra will take on a previously minor role originally played by Ravi Kishan.
Vijay Kumar Arora directs this new installment. Mrunal Thakur also shared a post recently featuring a clapboard with the caption, "SCENE 49 SHOT 5 TAKE 1 ACTION!"
Coincidentally, July 25 also marks the release of Param Sundari, directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films. This film is described as a North-South love story starring Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra.
