Supriya Sule's Strong Criticism of Air India

NCP MP Supriya Sule expressed her frustration with Air India due to inadequate communication after experiencing a flight delay exceeding three hours.

On social media platform X, Sule shared, “I am traveling from Delhi to Pune on Air India flight AI 2971. The flight has been delayed for more than three hours, with no clear updates, assistance, or proper service. Such delays and mismanagement are becoming routine with Air India. Passengers are left stranded and without help. This negligence is intolerable. I urge the authorities to step in and hold the airline accountable. Travelers deserve better treatment.”

Earlier that day, Air India was reported to have canceled six flights, causing further inconvenience to passengers.
