Seth Rollins Criticizes CM Punk's WWE Comeback
Seth Rollins' Discontent with CM Punk's Return
CM Punk made headlines with his unexpected return to WWE in November 2023, after leaving the organization in 2014. While many fans celebrated his comeback, Seth Rollins was not among them. Since Punk's return, Rollins has been vocal in his criticism, launching a series of insults and public disparagements against him.
The Rivalry Intensifies
So far, Punk and Rollins have faced off in two singles matches, each securing one victory. Earlier this year at WrestleMania 41, they participated in a triple threat match alongside Roman Reigns, where Rollins claimed victory, aided by interference from Paul Heyman, who is now his ally.
Seth Rollins' Strong Words on CM Punk
In a recent interview on the 'Up & Adams Show', Rollins expressed his disdain for Punk, stating, 'CM Punk is not good for our business. He’s a bad guy. I beat him at WrestleMania 41, and I don’t want him anywhere near the Money in the Bank contract.'
“I’ve worked with Punk for a long time, and I don’t even want him in my ‘wind space’. I want him out of WWE,” Rollins added, emphasizing his lack of respect for Punk.
CM Punk Faces Another Challenge on WWE Raw
In the latest episode of WWE Raw, CM Punk encountered yet another setback, courtesy of Rollins and his associates. During a Money in the Bank qualifying match featuring AJ Styles, CM Punk, and El Grande Americano, Punk was on the verge of winning when he was ambushed by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
As a result, Americano claimed victory. Following the match, Rollins joined Breakker and Reed in a brutal attack on Punk, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso. Rollins executed a series of Stomps, while Reed delivered two powerful Tsunami moves to Jey Uso.
Once again, CM Punk found himself in a precarious situation, with Seth Rollins at the center of the chaos. The pressing question now is: how will Punk retaliate?
