Tragic Incident in Bengaluru

In a distressing event, a 25-year-old technology professional has been accused of murdering a 33-year-old woman in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The suspect is reportedly the woman's former lover. This tragic incident unfolded on June 6 within a hotel room.


Police Action Taken


The victim has been named Harini, while the accused is identified as Yashas. Both individuals were residents of Kenegeri, as reported by local authorities. A case has been officially filed at the Subramanyapura Police Station.


The crime took place in an OYO hotel located in Poorna Prajyat Layout.


Brutal Attack


According to a senior police official, Harini had expressed her desire to end her relationship with Yashas and was attempting to distance herself from him. In a fit of rage, he fatally stabbed her 17 times.


Reports indicate that Harini's family had recently discovered her relationship, leading to familial tensions. She was a mother of two children.
