The storyline unfolds on a lavish cruise ship where a billionaire meets his demise, leaving his wealth to a man named Jolly. However, three individuals claim to be Jolly, leading to a series of comedic misunderstandings and chaotic events.

The film also features notable actors such as Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey, and Johnny Lever in significant roles.
